Not happy with the service this time, I searched based on postcode and the plant I selected suddenly wasn't available for delivery after I'd added it to cart, input all my details and written a message. I went back and selected another plant and processed the order, only to be emailed hours later to be told that plant also wasn't available for delivery and that another plant (not the one that I wanted) could be delivered the next day.
So I ended up with the wrong plant and delivery on the day after my friend's birthday.
