Unfortunately, the flowers I initially requested wasn't available, they don't get in contact beforehand to confirm whether you wish to proceed with a substitute or cancel the order altogether. They only get in contact about the substitute when the order was delivered. They may say that the value of the substitute is the same as the original but for me it was the aesthetic value of it. I know what I wanted, I ordered what I wanted but got something else entirely with no warning which is why I give it a single star.
Delivery was faster than expected but I selected a date for specific reasons just for it to be delivered a day earlier. That time could have been used to message or call me to confirm.
