My first and last time ordering from your store was a disappointing experience. First of all, why can't I make an order for a specific time? It's a basic feature for a flower store! Instead, I had to wait all day, guessing when my flowers would be delivered. Secondly, it was impossible to talk to a representative. I tried calling all day, but for some reason, they were always busy. When I sent a birthday flower to my friend, I wanted her to receive it in the morning. However, it was delivered at 5 pm when she wasn't even home. Instead of a pleasant surprise, I was nervous and didn't receive what I expected.
