Dreadful experience - avoid at all costs!! This was supposed to be a birthday gift and I paid extra for delivery on the day, a Sunday. The delivery didn't arrive on the Sunday... or Monday... but finally on the Tuesday afternoon, 2 days late. The bouquet was also a lot smaller with fewer flowers than the Prudence Large I paid almost £100 for. Floom have offered to reimburse the extra cost of Sunday delivery - about a fiver. Instead of it being a lovely surprise it was very embarrassing to ask the birthday girl to let me know if my present had arrived. I wish I'd read the poor reviews (especially the ones about funeral flowers arriving days late - totally unacceptable) before ordering from Floom. This company's a joke and they will let you down big time. Don't buy from them.
