Was great, and easy process purchasing a bouquet for the first time from Floom. Flowers were also beautiful and nicely presented which I appreciate more as they were a gift. Love that they came from a local florist. One thing that would've made the experience better would be to add a tracking service to know when to expect it, but not the end of the world and I still think it was overall 5stars. Will be ordering from the site again!
