Ordered a large bunch of rare tulips for my mum who came out of hospital. She thanked me for the flowers and a few days later when feeling up to it sent me a photo of them. The tulips that I had paid £60 for were nothing like what I had ordered or what was in the product photo or description. They were pink and orange and of a variety and you can find similar in Tesco. Even if the bunch was nice looking it was nothing like what was paid for and I have been massively overcharged as have since found online for £45. I have since complained and Floom have refused any compensation saying the complaint is over 3 days. Which shouldn’t matter if the flowers are not what was paid for and do not miss the description. Really disappointed and do not recommend.
