Bought a bunch of flowers for mothers day through the website way in advance. I put in my postcode and up popped some options from which I chose to buy from.
When I received the flowers and opened the box I was shocked! I had spent £59 on flowers that had been damaged. It was clear that the box was too small for the bunch and so they had just been rammed in which ended up chopping off some of the flowers. See photos. I complained to customer service and was told to get a response 24hrs later, note that they arrived the day before mothers day and received £17 refund.
So on mothers day some of the flowers had already died (see second photo) I complained again and am still waiting for a response.
Little did I know that the flowers were sent all the way from London and I live in Bristol. Don't bother with this service adn go to a local florists instead. Waste of money and time.
