It was a pleasure and a relief doing business with Floom. I live outside the UK and I was slightly nervous making an order for a friend who lives in London. I needn't have been. I had an initial chat online which guided me and then made my order. It was straightforward and swift and I found a really nice plant which reached its destination exactly when promised. The recipient was happy with the unexpected gift and I was notified immediately by email that it had arrived which was reassuring. I'll definitely use Floom's services again.
