I`m totally unhappy with my experience with this service.
I've placed the order for my friend's birthday beforehand. At the end of the day, the flowers were not delivered. But customer service didn't even reach me. So, I was emailing by myself the next day.
One week passed, and my friend still didn't receive her flowers.
And again, I'm contacting by myself again. Nobody is keeping me updated.
