The colors are beautiful, the quality is excellent and the customer service is amazing. I am in the process of making my color choice and will be using Flooret in my home. One of my samples was on backorder so I emailed and asked if I could substitute it for one of the newer colors they had. And a few hours later my back ordered sample was in transit, so they emailed me and said they would send me a cut order of the new color anyhow. Not only that, but they are sending me three! No charge.
