I found Flooret East to deal with. I was kept informed of shipping dates and arrivals. I was a bit nervous about the delivery as I didn’t think we could move the planks from the driveway to the garage as they are very heavy. Luckily, the Fed Ex driver placed them in the garage for me. I phoned Flooret to ask questions on a couple of occasions and found them easy to deal with. When I realized I was going to have to have the stair treads pulled out because they were a poor match as they appeared hellos next to the planks, Flooret reimbursed me for them and I purchased more planks and stair noses to completely the job. They came quickly and I was able to get the job completed and looking great.
