The product is good. We used it in a new residential construction hours, 2600sqft, 4 bed 4 baths with a triple RV garage. So far the product has held up well. It was easy to install and looks nicer than your big box brands, but I have used Lifeproof several times and this is comparable, but much more cost. I'm happy with the product, however, about 20 cases of flooring arrived damaged or severely damaged. The packaging they used was very poor to say the least. We contacted the company and were told they were going to send out 20 new cases to replace the damaged ones. We never received them, even after multiple contacts with the company. They basically placed the cases on a pallet and wrapped them a couple of times in cheap pallet wrapping plastic. All of the pallets arrived with at least some damage to some cases. Their customer service appears to be very poor and they do NOT stand behind their product like they claim. See pictures.
