This flooring looks great. The thick wear layer, realistic prints/textures, foam pad, etc. are all very good specs for the price and we couldn't find anything that could compete from our local flooring store. My only complaint is that some of the samples we ordered were WILDLY DIFFERENT than the pictures on the website. They were so bad that we new immediately we didn't like them when we opened the box. Not a huge deal, but we did spend $10 each for them and I hate wasting materials. We also had an issue with one of our sample orders that was going to arrive late (we had to make a decision before a price increase on another product). I sent an email to customer service and they addressed it by sending us an overnight shipment of replacement samples. Pretty solid customer service.
