The floors are well made and very nice looking. I like the wearability, look and also the cushion backing that both insulated and dampens noise. We have used Flooret twice now. We selected Sutton first and Arlo for our second project. Simply because Sutton was out of stock. Both were installed in unheated spaces. The Sutton has so far been excellent (Cabin gets to zero in the winter). The Arlo was just installed. I would buy this product again.
