Shipping took an additional 3 months on top of what we were told. Communication was very poor between Flooret, FedEx and us. Often told inaccurate/conflicting info. Floors finally professionally installed at our lake house. They look great. They've been in for less than a month, we haven't even moved furniture in yet and already noticed a large scratch on the hallway floor. No idea where it came from or how to fix it. It's a lake house that no one has even stayed in yet so no idea where it came from but it wasn't there when first installed. Concerned about durability once we get to actually using the house. We'll see.
