The product feels like something far more expensive than other retail options. Some of the "wood flaws" in the pattern are not so great but the material itself is high quality. We ordered the Modin Nakan - everyone likes it. One issue (Reason for four stars rather than 5) is the way it is delivered. They brought a class 8 semi truck onto our property. I was crystal clear that they could not bring that size truck on my road or my yard and yet that is what happened. Did LOTS of damage. No recourse for us but to hire landscapers to repair the ground and replace damaged plants after the truck had to be towed out. CONFIRM how this product will be delivered. It is heavy and requesting a UPS-Sized delivery truck doesn't mean anything.
