Flooret Silvan is a great product and value for the price. I ordered Anza and Balboa samples to compare. I am going with Anza since I have a really warm palette overall. I was mainly looking at flooring $6/sqft and under and the quality of similarly priced products was not even close. The strong locking mechanism and general finish of the floor is beautiful. They have a nice coating, that although I would like it to be a little smoother feeling underfoot, looks great and is not "plasticky" like some other brands that I was comparing to in the water-resistant category. The wood grain is beautiful and to me, just can't be replicated in a vinyl product. The fact that it is safe to use in laundry rooms and bathrooms completely sold me on the product. I feel more comfortable that it will hold up in front of the kitchen sink than traditional polyurethane coatings which just don't hold up as well. Sure, if you are willing to spend $8/ft and up there are some other great products out there, but at this price point there is no comparison when it comes to quality and design of the product. I feel confident that Flooret stands behind their warranties and after-sale service which gives me a piece of mind about a purchase. I appreciate their social media presence and accessibility.
