We are really impressed with the samples we ordered and plan on placing an order soon for 1800+ sqft. I have been shopping for the right flooring for months and the quality seems better than other high end vinyl flooring brands from dealers (Coretech, Mohawk, Shaw.) You can't beat the price for this flooring as those other brands sell for $7+sqft and only have a 20mil wear layer. Our biggest concern was how well the flooring would handle heavy furniture. We made the mistake 3 years ago of purchasing Smartcore LVP from Lowe's that was not rigid core LVP and within 3 months of it being installed, it looked terrible from divots and scratches everywhere and they would not honor their warranty. When I got my samples from Flooret, I placed them under my very heavy TV cabinet and they performed well. The Signature plank is what we will order, because it didn't seem to bend at all. The 40mil wear layer is probably overkill for a residential install, but I don't plan on replacing it ever again and would like something that will last and look good for years to come. The base plank performed well and it didn't have divots, but it is half the thickness of the signature plank and we did notice some very slight distortion around the furniture legs from the plank flexing. We will be installing it over a crawl space, so we'd like a more solid feel. If it was being installed on a slab, I would have no qualms ordering the base planks instead of signature and saving even more money.
