Ordered samples and compared to some other brand samples. Flooret pieces have very good patterns and the signature is very substantial in thickness and weight. Have read about issues with the aluminum oxide coating being abrasive to socks/clothes and still have some concerns (many youtube videos, forum posts, etc). Ran my foot back and forth on the sample and can see some abrasion... some other brands have this issue as well to varying degrees. Still searching for another lvp with similar build quality that may not have this issue or only minimal as we have kids that will play on the floor. Have not ruled out Flooret as of yet, but hoping to find another quality product without the abrasion issue. Some have mentioned cali floors which I'm looking into.
