Service was very good. Unfortunately, the colors of the samples looked a lot different than they did on my laptop and phone. Also, it's impossible for me to judge how an entire floor would look, by a sample of 1 section. Finally, I didn't realize that delivery of actual flooring is only curbside, which doesn't work for us.
