When we first looked at a mailed sample of Brenwick base for a Chicago condo, our contractor also looked at it and we both thought it solidly made and attractive. From the sample, to ordering 1700 sq ft of Brenwick, shipment and all communications regarding delivery and freight, service was flawless. Installation of underlayment was effortless as well.
