We found this company on google and nearly ordered online but wanted to check a colours of the flooring vs radiator pipe caps etc so visited the showroom. Confirmed everything and ordered in store. At no point did the staff mention if you want to return excess packs that this is only possible if purchased online. Great staff and helpful in warehouse and good sales assistants in store; appalling phone manner for enquiries; great product; great price; terrible communication and policy regarding excess returns so please order online! Have several packs left over and hence poor score - otherwise it’d be a 5 star review. Mark
