I purchased from Floors4you, who also sent Damien Williams to fit flooring, what a joke!...after months trying to get it resolved I spoke to Trading Standards who have advised that as Floors4you sent fitter, under consumer act Floors4you have in eyes of law supplied & fitted flooring, so will be taking this down the legal avenue.
