I like the quality of the flowers,one think you should know about your app and service ,first you cannot add additional items even dou you selected and click on continue ,Also additional details for delivery are not visible for the delivery guy ,I added and he was not able to deliver my package on the correct date due to this missing information from your sistem ,Also there is not any available customer service representative in your social media like Facebook or what's app ,it takes me 4 day to have someone on the line that could tell me what happened with my flowers ,the first time I bought flowers with you guys everything was perfect ,I am just sharing my experience as a Fredback and I hope you can improve the quality of service in a near future.
