I had to cancel my order right on the following day I made my purchase, because my daughter changed her mind. The order was intended for her. I asked the customer service for a refund. Within 7-14 days as they promised, they issued a refund to my account.
I have a good experienced with all the customer representatives I got in to contact by email. They were polite and they did what they promised to do. They always replied to my emails within 24 hours. I am very satisfied with their service. Thank you all !
