Like others, I was pestered and tempted to buy from this company, and ended up ordering a dress. I decided to pay an extra $5 for 'expedited' delivery, to speed up the delivery from about 2 weeks to 2-4 days. Nowhere was I told -- before I had paid -- that it was 2-4 days shipping time AFTER a week of getting the item ready to ship (insane!). That it would take a week to organize the package for shipping made me suspicious, and I therefore searched for reviews of the company, which I should have done before ordering. Seeing so many negative reviews, I lost all faith that I would actually like the item I had ordered, and decided to cancel my order. Three times I was asked if I really wanted to cancel -- and offered an additional discount, told the package was ready to ship, etc. It's like they didn't believe me, and was just causing more delay. To their credit, this entire e-conversation was tracked (and I made sure to keep screen shots just in case). Then, the final email said it could take up to 15 business days to get the refund, but it actually came in just a couple of days. So at least canceling the order -- once I convinced them that I really wanted to cancel it -- worked ok. Overall, however, I would not recommend doing business.
