Hi Flroyday resolved my problem fully but I would agree it was rather stressful initially. I wanted to return my garment as it wasnt a good fit. AS there was no return address I tried to contact several ways to find the address out and it became totally frustrating. However I eventually just replied to their initial email that they had sent me with confirmation of my order I received an automatic reply and then 2 days later a customer service reply. They are to refund and have told me to keep product to save cost of return. Couldn't ask more than that. I think they could resolve the bad reviews by providing the return address and having a simple process for returning products it works for most companies. I thank them though for resolving my problem
