I ordered a bag in mid August, said to arrive in max 15 days, we are now late September and I did not receive anything. Moreover, I keep writing to the After-Sale Service and simply keep getting the same standard reply that I will be contacted within 24 hours - which NEVER happened. So, where is the item I ordered and paid in advance? Why didn't I get it on time? Why can't they trace it? And, most of all, why can't I get a real, personal reply to all above questions?
