I had previously written a very negative review as, after almost two months, I hadn't received the item I had ordered and paid in advance. I had tried to contact Floryday several times, but got no answer. Yet, after my negative review, I was contacted and given the refund. Given these premises, I cannot say that I am super happy with Floryday and its service but at some point they really started to care - even though that happened only after the negative review.
