Apart from the fact it takes ages for your order to be delivered once it has arrived and you find you want to return it the problems start. There is no return slip in the bag. You have to go on-line and fill in a lot of details about your order, why you want to return it and then they'll send you an e-mail within 24 hours. This doesn't include the return address, just another form to fill in. Once you have the return address, they ask you to take a copy of your proof of posting and send it to them so that they can reimburse you quickly. And they do - except that they take off the cost of postage to you, their insurance, and a little bit more besides. What that is for I have no idea. Will I use this company again. Sorry, no - I haven't time to jump through all their hoops. A simple return slip is really all that's needed as most other companies provide.
