Ordered Valentines flowers to be delivered to my SO on Valentine’s Day. At 6:15 I received a call that the flowers were not being delivered because 2 drivers did not show up for work. They had plenty of time to call me and give me the opportunity to come and pick them up. They knew early in the day they were short two drivers. Instead they waited till 6:15. They offered no way to solve the problem. I called on Saturday and the manager told me that over 45 other people did not get their flowers either. Is this a way to run a business that counts on people to show love on certain days?
