My son ordered flowers for my birthday but I was away. Finally got them four days later but they were in very poor condition by then. It was impossible to remove them from the box as the oasis wasn't taped together and the arrangement was very deep in the box.I thought that would be a given as I have some experience of flower arranging. Felt you could have done better like giving a call to say a delivery was due. I could then have arranged a friend to collect rather than having them in a van for four days. Sorry to have to say that but it might help you with future orders
