I received a the hat box of flowers on 29th July with a balloon, wine and chocolates. The flowers were brown around the edges the box of chocolates was scuffed and the balloon was half deflated. This was an expensive gift bought by my company and it really wasn't acceptable. I rang and explained what had happened and was assured this would be sorted out and a new arrangement would be sent to me the following Tuesday when new flowers came in. This never happened. The flowers had to go in the bin the following day as they were completely dead. very poor experience.
