Ordered same day delivery gift on Wednesday morning and it is now the following week Monday afternoon and they have still not delivered anything. Customer service continue to make false statements to appease me however I have now had to get the recipient of the surprise gift to organise her own delivery. This particular Blackrock Dublin florist is possibly an online scam, beware.
