I am utterly disgusted by the experience I’ve had with Flowers Box London and their Red Berry and Catkins Wreath. From the moment it arrived, the wreath began falling apart, and I was shocked to discover it was poorly constructed. Instead of being secured with proper wiring, the pieces were loosely pushed into green foam and glued—completely unacceptable for a premium-priced product. When I contacted their customer service, I was met with excuses and zero accountability. They blamed the weather (which has nothing to do with the construction of the wreath) and cited a ridiculous policy requiring issues to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. This is absurd—no one expects a professionally made wreath to start disintegrating within days, let alone hours! The lack of quality, combined with their dismissive attitude and refusal to offer any compensation, has left me furious. Their response made it clear they are not interested in standing by their products or supporting their customers. Flowers Box London has proven themselves to be untrustworthy, unhelpful, and a complete waste of money. I will never purchase from them again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear. Save your time, effort, and money for a business that values quality and its customers.
