I’m also extremely happy that they have customer support, which can help if anything goes wrong, they never leave any questions unanswered, start working on your issues in no time. The employees are polite and very friendly! Delivery and couriers are also impeccable, they are doing an outstanding job. All my orders have been delivered right on time and have been excellently made. I haven’t noticed any serious drawbacks, but a couple of times, the order statuses have failed to be updated. I use the app often so I’d like to get this drawback sorted out.
