On a positive note it's very easy to get to and park without the usual town centre hassle. We were made to feel very welcome and were shown around a large showroom with a wide selection of flooring. We were specifically interested in the Amtico Spacia range for a very small domestic kitchen so the job was not huge but we immediately found an issue with the lighting. Colour is very important and can dramatically change depending on the type of lighting used. It would be useful to have a series of differently lit areas to see how the colours can change as is often common when choosing paint. Failing that I think the whole showroom should be much brighter which shouldn't be difficult to arrange. The answer for us was to borrow a sample tile or the display tiles themselves to view in situ but there were none available of the two we preferred. We weren't terribly keen on the 'high security' entrance and having to be buzzed in followed by signing in with an email address either. It all seemed unnecessary.
