Adam was helpful, punctual and polite. Thank you for all of your help. Despite a glitch to begin with on Day 1 of installation, with the original fitter was off sick, my opinion of good customer service is what is done to put things right. When installation began, the service was very good and efficient. Adam (surveyor) and Mark (fitter) kept me informed throughout. Thank you also to the fitter Mark for the finishing touches. This make all the difference to my new home and left me with a smile on my face.
