All round great experience, from the store to the estimating and fitting. The price was competitive too. We were in store and explaining about our extension. Adam overheard and we had a discussion about different types of screed, which we then discussed with the builder. He gave us complete confidence that he knew what he was talking about. When he came to measure, the process was straightforward and he discussed a couple of things with the builder. Fitting took 5 days, with a professional fitter who knew what he was doing. I would use FLR again.
