I have bought a bench from them. This is an excellent design bench for a full-body workout at homes or in gyms. It is a foldable bench, doesn’t take up too much space, easy to carry, and store. I bought this Gym Bench for exercising at home. Overall, it works very well mostly exercising on sit-ups. Sit-ups burn overall fat. Doing sit-ups at a moderate intensity for 10 minutes without rest, burns as much as 60 calories. It is good for me who doesn’t have time to exercise at a gym. It is difficult for me to exercise sit-ups on the floor or in bed at home but this bench lets me easer to do sit-ups. I hardly do 10 sit-ups on a roll but I can do 50 sit-ups on a roll on this bench.
