I was booking two flight tickets separately- with flybmi and Loganair direct - and so I had the lovely experience comparison of using both.
Flybmi was much more user friendly and it was incredibly easy to follow the steps to booking the flight. The info was clear and easy to understand, nothing was hidden within unseen tabs and it made the experience that much better. All I could ask for!
