My Christmas order was delivered on time but, unfortunately, was not the gift I had purchased from the website - hence three stars only this time. FF customer service speedily resolved the issue the same day. Although this was not the usual successful scenario I have always had when ordering from FF previously, I was pleased by the speed and helpful way the order issue was sorted out (particularly so close to Christmas) and would happily continue to order via FF in the future.
