The flowers were, I'm told, lovely and very much appreciated. However, the delivery was not. My friend lives in a block of flats; the flowers were left outside the block, no attempt was made to ring the flat for entry. Any passing person could have picked them up. Luckily, the caretaker spotted them and delivered them. Please raise this with the courier company.
