Customer service can't be faulted.
I ordered a scented arrangement for my 95year old blind relative. The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful.
However they were not what I ordered and were not scented ( requested because she can't see them )
I E mailed flying flowers and I had a reply within 24hours and money refunded.
Couldn't ask for any better than that.
