I booked a return flight with Flysharp in December 2019 for travel in May 2020. International lockdown came into force April 2020 and my flight was cancelled. I tried to contact them but all their phones were down and no one answered my calls. I emailed them and they took their time to reply. Their excuse was that they must wait for the airline to refund them the money before they can send the money to me. They said they will return my payment less their admin fee. No further news from them for a long time. By May 2020, I decided not to wait any longer and contacted my bank who refunded 100% of my payment within 10 days. Avoid Flysharp who are part of Southall Travel. The owner of Southall Travel creates many sister companies e.g. Flysharp, Wembly Travel, Travelfinders, Travel Trolley etc. and carry out their business using loads of different company names but appear to provide the same appalling (non-)service.
