I recently purchased 3 business class tickets from this outfit, each circa $12,000-15,000. Ticket 1) They changed the airline and routing without my authority with an unrealistic layover (I would not have approved) resulting in the passenger having to spend 23 hours inside Doha airport. Ticket 2) United Airlines called on the return date to advise they were cancelling the ticket as Fly With Class are not an authorised nor reputable travel agent. This resulted in me having to spend $20,000 on a new ticket. Ticket 2) They wrote the middle name of this passenger incorrectly, despite taking the information from a copy of the passport. The airline said they would make the amend FOC without any problem, but needed fly With Class to approve. Although I remain thousands out of pocket from the United cancellation, Fly With Class made a partial refund (hardly enough) but fabricated an invoice for $2,000 for the name change of passenger 2 (they accidentally sent a name change invoice for another client for $1,000, both were created on 30 June but backdated to May, so I would propose this is a tactic of theirs) I plan to take action for the loss due to the cancellation and the fabricated penalty
