I have been following you on YouTube for quite a while and always enjoy listening to you. I have been flying for about 3 years and I try to get as much of theoretical knowledge as I can to be better prepared. I think for me the best resources are real life examples. Especially in difficult situations. In the email you asked if I learnt anything and this is very hard to answer. I picked a few tips here and there and mostly just refreshed my knowledge on various topics. I didn't find much more in the videos that I didn't know already and I think I would have preferred the videos to be more concise getting to the point quicker. Overall I enjoyed the courses. on the website I would like to see a page where I can see all videos so I can find easily what I didn't watch yet. going into sections and then expanding then with show more at the bottom was tedious after a while. I missed your presence on the forums. Random ppl answered some of my questions but I was never fully satisfied with the answers and I also don't know the ppl and their expertise so hard to trust in answers like that. if the membership was cheaper I would probably keep it but it is quite expensive for us outside UK.
