As other people said: I would give 0 stars if possible. I bought headsets that stopped working after 3 months. I contacted the vendor and gave instructions on how to solve the problem, which did not work. I told the vendor, and not happy with my answer, asked me to record a video! my goodness, how am I showing him that the headset is not displaying music with a video! I contacted Fnac to mediate, and they told me that they would insist on the vendor, but they closed the ticket instead. I tried to purchase on Fnac for not using Amazon, but there is no point of comparison. The customer service of Fnac Marketplace is just not existing...
