I ordered a special gift for my friend. I got a gift that is in low-quality material and different than what was described on the website. So I complained about it to the customer service department. I explain to them what the problem was with the product; they only said it was the same as what is shown on the website, but in reality I was not. She was not accepting nor taking that product return and checking if it was actually a problem. She rudely said all the time it is the same as described. I would never recommend or buy products from FNP because of such bad customer service. It is like a one-time buy; if it is good, then it is your luck; otherwise, you have to stick with a bad-quality product. such wastage!
