Please don’t use ferns n petals . Very bad service. Have no idea if the vendor attempted to deliver the flowers . Just advised that the delivery was attempted and could not be made. They then advised that the address was not correctly provided . It was for a funeral and felt so sad that I trusted this kind of a company to deliver flowers. They will not refund the money just copy and paste replies from their customer service team.
